We perform environmental audits tailored to the needs of businesses
An environmental audit is an ideal tool for verifying that you, as an entrepreneur, are correctly fulfilling all your environmental obligations. Due to the multitude of industries and the fact that the specifics of the operation of each company can be very individual, we take a tailored approach to each audit. Each of the audits is a personal meeting with our environmental specialist , who will carry out an on-site inspection of the plant and thoroughly check the documentation related to environmental protection. The specialist, on the basis of the materials collected and the information provided will assess the degree of implementation of formal and legal requirements for environmental protection by the entrepreneur. The analysis so performed will conclude with a written report. The report will provide information on the current state, i.e. how the company is doing in implementing environmental regulations, as well as identify necessary corrective actions in this area.
The audit includes, in particular, the provisions of the following laws and their implementing regulations:
- Waste Law,
- Environmental Protection Law,
- Water Law,
- Law on Packaging and Packaging Waste Management,
- Law on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment,
- The Law on the Obligations of Entrepreneurs in the Management of Certain Wastes and the Product Fee,
